Chad's Bistro was named after Chad Anthony Barcia, the beloved son of Angelo and Nancy Barcia.

Chad's Bistro is located in the New Olreans suburb of Metairie near Lake Pontchartain. Chad's is a new concept, featuring non-French favorites. The menu is mostly New Orleans Creole, fresh seafood, and a bit of Italian.

Chad's attracts many a New Orleans and Metairie diner for wonderful late night dining on weekends. The bar, with its tasty grill menu, stays open almost all night.
